that is already booked. If they need immediate care, they have to call
your office.
- Can new patients fill out the New Patient Information form online?
Yes. New patients have options to fill out the form online. If
they did, the form would be submitted and stored in the database and could be
retrieved from your practice. At the time of the visit, your staff can
print out the form and have it signed in your office.
